Theory Daniel GolemanAccording to Goleman, emotional intelligence is an ability to recognize their own feelings and other people, motivating yourself and managing emotions well when relating to others. Overexcitabilities Dabrowski TheoryDabrowski explains that children's intellectual and gifted adults tend to have greater concern about the environment and a high capacity to respond to a variety of intellectual, emotional, or stimulus fizikal.Dabrowski named this tendency as "overexcitabilities'. Dabrowski identified five 'overexcitabilities' the intellectual, emotional, imaginative, sensual and psychomotor. Dabrowski believes that emotions are central to the OE produced. According to Silverman 1993, children who have a high level of intellectual OE will tend to be smart in academics.Children who have emotional OE may experience severe emotional. For example, children will probably find the level of extraordinary sensitivity to the feelings of other children or adults.In OE imagination, it can be seen through a great talent for telling stories and fantasies like building that was not real friends, the ability to recall visually clear and detailed picture, and also in love with poetry and drama.
